Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of excitement and slight letdown. The rooms, more akin to a 5-star experience, left me slightly disappointed despite my initial anticipation. However, the lovely plunge pool and the exceptional service from the butlers, Samuel & Cesar, made up for it. The hotel did fall short on keeping the room temperature warm enough, but overall, it was worth the cost.
The hotel had some impressive features like modern and clean rooms, with proximity to the pool, but it did have various problems initially and felt a bit cold. The service was excellent, especially from the butlers Erick and Luis, with Santiago at Helios standing out. The location was meticulously maintained and outstanding, with lovely surroundings to explore. The dining experience was superb, offering a huge variety of high-quality food with a mix of Spanish and Mexican dishes. The facilities were top-notch, providing a luxurious experience overall.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was beautiful, just a short walk from the Helios sea side where you can enjoy meals, but I encountered some initial problems that didn't leave the best first impression. However, the room I stayed in, a Junior Suite with a walk-in shower, standalone jacuzzi tub, and a balcony facing the ocean, was empty and clean which was great.
